Dr. Alexandra Sommer is a lawyer. She holds a law degree from Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich and a doctorate in law from the University of Cologne. From 2007 to 2012, she worked as a lawyer at MPC Capital AG. In 2012, she moved to Brookfield CEE Holding GmbH, where she headed the legal, compliance and human resources departments. As Managing Director of the BaFin-licensed CEE capital management company, she was responsible, among other things, for the structuring of funds and capital measures for institutional investors and family offices and was jointly responsible for fundraising among investors. Dr Sommer is Chief Operating Officer of BEE since January 2023.
