Dominik Seibert studied industrial engineering at the Technical University of Karlsruhe (KIT) and at the Pontificia Universidada Catolica in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. From 2009 to 2016, he helped build up the solar and wind park portfolio as an investment manager at Capital Stage AG (now Encavis AG) and was responsible for the area of technical and commercial management as managing director. Since the foundation of BEE, Mr Seibert has been responsible for the performance and optimisation of the plant portfolio as Director Finance & Operations and was also jointly responsible for the group's controlling and the acquisition of new investors. Mr Seibert is a member of the BEE management board since October 2022.
